that this is not always possible so I do offer to ship via United or Delta Airlines. Shipping
normally runs aprox 350.00. If you live more than a few hours away you may want to
consider this option as it may be a little less stressful on the pup than a very very long car
ride.
Pups DO NOT leave until 8 weeks of age
I would really appreciate it if you would order your Nu-vet before I ship the pup. I will send
out a 3 day supply but this will ensure that the pup wont have to go without it. It really
doesn't cost that much and it is a great investment as far as the health of your new family
member. You can order your supplements simply by clicking on one of the nuvet links on
this site.
My pups are started on dry Pedigree Puppy. It is a nutritionally complete puppy "chow" and
the pups do well on it. If you decide to change foods feel free to do so but PLEASE do so
gradually so not to upset the puppy's tummy.
When you pick up your pup you must be at the airport at the arrival time. The pup is
brought out almost immediately upon landing. Just in case your pup has an accident, it
would be a good idea to bring baby wipes and an old towel for clean-up. If you have a long
ways to travel back home you should also bring water and food for the pup as I will not be
feeding him 6 hours prior to departure.
Of course, we will speak on the phone before all of this happens. I just thought that this
would be an easy way to remember everything.
